Me it´s a bit different, I don´t like to play with people who get pissed next to you when you play with them (like throwing the controller, starting to swear or to be mad at you..). That´s ....ing childish I think.
Concerning quiting games, I´ve stopped playing to GoW2 after loosing many times against Zeus at the end. 4 months later, I played again, and kicked his ass at the first try

Still didn´t get the last boss at Prince of Persia 3 though, it has been about 3 months I stopped now..
