Nope that's not the part, though that's probably the part I did read about online as it seems there's tons of threads on it.
The piece where the small arrow on the bottom is pointing cracks and the entire trem than shifts down into the body... I had to fix Tim's guitars as his High E was hanging clear off the fretboard.
