I've a C7 Hellraiser and I'd imagine the fret access is the same as on the loomis. I've never found too much difficulty in getting to the higher notes. I think the C7 has a slightly different neck profile though. I've not played one but I think I've seen people say the loomis was a bit thinner than the C7.
Its more of stretching your four fingers over the upper register of the fretboard

for example the ending lick from wonderful slippery thing guthrie govan

I tend to hit the tip of the horn which limits me doing that lick
