Frank Gambale's first instructional video "Speed Picking" changed the way I play. I did not have any discipline in my right hand/left hand coordination, and after going through that vid, I went back and forced myself to learn how to use good logistics in my picking. My hand relaxed and allowed me to play faster, cleaner, and even though I do not do as many sweeps and such as I used to when I was younger, I still use the picking strategy for almost everything that I do.

Seven Strings to rule them all, Seven Strings to find them, Seven Strings to bring them all and in the music bind them.
