I agree, 60 watts is more than enough for any venue I've ever played, either because it was enough to fill the club or because I was mic'd up anyway. Hell, I'd be even happier with a 30-watt version, the only gig I ever needed more than the 25 watts my old TSL put out on VPR mode was when I was playing a stupidly loud gig, keeping up unmic'd with a mic'd up band, and I mean, we were painfully loud. |
i've never had to go over half volume on my vamp rig when playing live, even when we played a gig without a PA, and my vamp rig is 135w@8ohm
