Spacing is cosmetic - unless you can hear certain strings being weaker, really it makes no difference. Even Dimarzio, I believe, will tell you this.

Edit - malicioussteve sniped me, lol. also, I trashed 2/3 of your exclaimation points, and made the title slightly more relavent.
