yeah, But I liked those pickups in the RG7321 I played both the RG1527 and the RG7321 thru the same amp and I thought the 7321 had a better tone, Even though they are basicly the same guitar. I like mahogany also. my first 7 string was mahongany and I loved the way it sounded thru my old Behringer 2x10 amp
(guitar was the AX7221)
