| It's cool that you guys have a jazz band that plays fusion and stuff. My school doesn't even really have a jazz band anymore, because nobody wants to do it. It's an after-school thing, and, well, nobody could commit. I blame the new director, personally.
But, yeah, you guys are pretty good, except for that trumpet player. Your solos were very John McLaughlin-esque. Definitely a Mahavishnu-era vibe you've got going there. If I were you, I would have played a bit more outside, but that's just me. |
