Wtf? That's just stupid... They get to keep selling them, but what did the school get out of this? Fuckin' nothing. Whoopdeedoo. I wouldn't sue the Adminishredder because he has the same name as me. Besides, I doubt people were confusing the Guitars for their sports team.
