Austrian city asking for polite cellphone use - International Herald Tribune In my opinion there is nothing more annoying than that person who holds up the line at the grocery store or gas station because they are too busy with their cell phone to pay attention to what they are doing.  I have noticed where I live that in resturants like Subway, where you are being asked continuous questions about your order, have posted signs that they will not serve you until all cell phone conversations are ended. I personally think it is a good idea. What does everyone else think about this??
