Replacing the body on my 7620 (56k = lol

So a few months ago i spotted an interesting body in Chris Woods' store. I though ok i can fix it up and for $99 its a steal

This is the body i got:

so the other day it finally showed up and i got to work on it last night.

So i started with this mess where the CNC machine messed up.

About two hours later i was down to this.
I used a file to get out most of the cuts and then i sanded it with 150 grit and then 220 to get to what you see here.

Tonight or tomorrow night i am going to sand dwon the body with 220 and 500 and route around the edges with a 1/8" round bit so that they arent so sharp.

I will update with pics as i go along.
