| I had a 50s something strat that I traded a peavey patriot for. Some old old old drunk had and iu asked if he wanted to trade. He said yeearghugh and I went home with my new strat. What I thought was just dirt on the maple fretboard turned out to be wear from years and years of playing. I didn't know that. I actually soaked my fretboard in bleach to try and get rid of it. I really just didn't know what I had and really screwed up when I sold it for $100 bucks. I still think about that guitar today. |
