it should be shown in the bottom corner of that diagram Michael posted, but position 2 is the neck humbucker in parallel and position 4 is the inner coils of both humbuckers (the JPM middle-position sound).

however, some techs who don't realize that the magnet in some stock neck pickups has to be flipped to get the right magnet polarity for this wiring scheme have been known to wire position 4 differently to get it hum-canceling with those wrong magnet polarities. sometimes they use the coil on both humbuckers that is closest to the bridge; sometimes they use both coils that are closest to the neck. but the stock position 4 is the inner coils, and like all the positions on this switch, it is hum-canceling if you have the magnet polarities right.
