| About five years ago, I despised Rectos. Didn't want anything to do with one. I was purposely looking for an amp that sounded nothing like a Recto. Now, I couldn't see play anything else. Of course, it took me three different Recto models to find my sound, but I can honestly say that it is the first amp that gets really close to the sound I hear in my head. Noodles
