Final UPDATE!
Talked to my tech today, the beast lives! It's now 100% funtional!
He cleaned up what ever was dumped on the board that caused it to go in the first place, cleaned the pots and tube sockets, biased it, and let it run for a while, and had no issues!
The last time he played a 5150 he wasn't too impressed, but he said when he cranked the clean channel with the gain dimed he was blown away!
